Emma Hodges, Owner & Curator

The Woman Behind the Wares

A Central Kentucky Eye for Timeless Things

Emma Hodges grew up surrounded by the kind of objects that carry a house's history - her grandmother's butter pats, a great-aunt's ginger jar, brass candlesticks that had already outlived three generations. Weekends were spent at estate sales and church bazaars across Central Kentucky, learning early that the most interesting rooms are the ones built slowly, piece by piece.

Blush & Brass Vintage grew out of that upbringing - first as live sales held from her own dining room table, now as a curated home for fine china, cloisonné, jadeite, and brass décor that deserve a second chapter. Every item is chosen the way she'd choose something for her own shelves: with an eye for craftsmanship, a little patience for the hunt, and real respect for the hands that made it.

Every piece has already lived one good life. I just help it find its next.
